Vicki manages all new business development and operations for Garza Creative Group. In her career, she has won an Award of Excellence from Working Woman Magazine and has served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Dallas Chamber of Commerce as well as the National Association of Women-Business Owners. She is an avid community volunteer and currently serves several non-profits in the Dallas area.

As Senior Creative Director, Paco manages all creative direction and daily project development for the agency. He graduated with top honors from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1977 and has created award-winning advertising ever since. Before 1991 he worked for a couple of agencies in Rochester NY where he created creative campaigns for Kodak, Xerox, Bausch & Lomb, Remington Fire Arms, Shimano Fishing and Gortex.

David's focus is on building, managing and troubleshooting networks, PCs and Linux Web Servers for clients.
His software expertise includes both Microsoft and Adobe products as well as a broad range of open source software. Since 2009, David has been providing custom IT solutions for internal and external websites at Garza including recruiting and learning sites for Texas Instruments. His own client list boasts Google and LaQuinta.
